Placing an order on this site constitutes an offer to buy. Your order will be accepted when your credit card is charged for payment. We will send you an email confirming the order, which creates a contract between us. This contract, between yourself and Provocateur Records is governed by English law. The sale is subject to our tax, delivery, availabilty and returns policies.
Provocateur Records makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding this website or any of its contents, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. Provocateur Records does not warrant that the content and delivery of this website shall be free from errors, defects, bugs or viruses, uninterrupted, or reparable if damaged or impaired.
In no event shall Provocateur Records be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, occasioned by the customer’s use of, or access to, this website and its contents or the items ordered. Apart from refunding any amounts paid by you, Provocateur Records is not liable for any damages or loss due to any delay in delivery or unavailability of any items.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.
You can give us your credit card information securely through the shopping basket. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Solo and Switch cards.
Our prices are charged in British pounds. If you are shopping from outside the UK, you can still place a credit card order. The bank will convert the transaction from British pounds into your own currency. The actual amount you are charged in your currency is determined by the bank processing the transaction; your credit card company may also charge a conversion fee.
Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us within seven days of ordering. We will gladly accept returned items in their original condition. All we ask is that you return them within 14 days of receiving them, making sure to include the original sales receipt mailed with your order. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. We will then either refund the full amount to your credit card or exchange the item and send you a new one at your request. All returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return package. |
